The Role
We’re on the hunt for a motivated, hands-on experienced CNC Machinist with a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving. If you thrive in a role that offers variety from CAM/CAD programming (Inventor) and CNC operating to fitting and assembly, you’ll feel right at home in our manufacturing team.

Ideally you will have/be:
- Solid experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Hands-on CNC mill and lathe machining experience – programming and operating
- Trade-qualified fitter turner/toolmaker/machinist (preferred)
- A team-focused mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and deliver quality work under pressure
- Precision skills for working to tight tolerances in a regulated industry
- Experience in aeronautical or aviation industries (a bonus, but not essential!)
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Efficient, well organised and takes pride in quality work
