The Role
This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of sales, fleet operations and global logistics. You’ll work closely with our Executive General Manager Aircraft Sales & Leasing, Fleet Support and wider commercial teams to coordinate aircraft sales, leasing activity, delivery logistics and market research. From preparing aircraft specifications and sales materials to supporting aircraft deliveries and lease redeliveries, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring smooth transactions from opportunity through to completion.

Day to day you could be:
- Preparing aircraft specification sheets and sales reports
- Conducting and maintaining up-to-date global market research
- Supporting marketing with aircraft information, imagery and promotional materials
- Assisting with aircraft sale, purchase and lease completions
- Coordinating delivery documentation, logistics and shipping
- Supporting lease management and end-of-lease redelivery processes
- Sourcing engineering, modification and shipping quotes
- Monitoring global aircraft auction sites and targeted buying opportunities
- Assisting with dismantling, packing and crating of high-value aircraft components
- Maintaining CRM records and supporting sales presentations
- Providing global support across our international sites
This role may require flexibility to work across time zones to support international customers.
About You
- Experience supporting commercial or operational teams
- Strong understanding of import/export requirements and global logistics
- Experience creating marketing collateral (brochures, website listings, editing software/Photoshop desirable)
- CRM proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Confidence engaging with international customers and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving capability
- Aviation industry experience essential
